When you submit your first partnership request, we’ll organize a quick strategy call with one of us just to get to know each other.

After this call, you will be assigned an account manager depending on your needs. The account manager will oversee all your future tasks (including changes, design, development, and maintenance), occasionally inviting other team members for collaboration as your needs evolve.

Our pricing model is simple – You outsource your web design projects to us, we charge you a discounted rate for each project, you add a desired upcharge to your client, and then you keep the difference!

Partnering with us is Free, and prices are quoted on a per-project basis. There are no commitments. You control your own projects and how often you want to outsource to us.

We use various collaboration tools throughout the design process to keep you in the loop. If you have your own collaboration software, you can also invite our team for easy communication.

We are also happy to keep everything on email if you want to avoid using any third-party tools.

Upon every project completion and sign-off, you own all the project files and final product. All the files, logins, and any other relevant materials will be sent to you so that you’re in full control of the final product.

While we would prefer all revisions in one go, we understand that you and your client may require several rounds of revisions. With that in mind, we’ll work with you to ensure your client is happy with the final website.

However, we strongly advice against sending tons of minor revisions. It’s always better to combine the list of amends into one or two documents in order to keep the number of revision rounds within reason.

Yes. In cases where more hands-on communication is required, we can communicate with your client if you want us to.

In such situations, we recommend that you create an email address for our project manager with your domain name (e.g. [email protected]). This will ensure that communication with your client remains white label.

We have our own in-house staging server setup. However, we are flexible to work on your staging server as well.
